hi im just wondering if anybody has had the same fault as me 2 days ago an amber light came up on my mk4 gsi dash its the square 1 with the fan in the middle i think its the coolant light anyway the car keeps dropping revs and the light keeps cuming on and a few times the car has actually cut out i had it into vauxhall yesterday on the computer and they told me it was the boost control solonoid and today they fitted the new 1 but its doing the exact same thing cutting out and the revs dropping and they put it back on the computer and it says theres no faults showing up and theyve said they carnt find any problems so i dnt know wot to do just wondering if anybody can help cheers

but why wud the coolant light be on if it was air flow meter

dont know, but your car has the syptoms of it, but nothing came up on vaux's tech2?

there are 2 boost solenoids where they both changed?

the engine is standard and wot looks to be a standard cooler and only 1 solinoid was replaced and they carnt find the fault on vaux tech 2 just been out to shop in car and now has coolant light and the little car with the spanner on nw im sick
