Cams are around £350, plus pullies.
4-2-1 is about £200
Cat back is about £250.
Get the 1.6 to start with, you'll regret it otherwise.

Best off to get it mapped when it's all done and built up.
Should see a nice increase with those mods.

Not a clue on a 1.4.
On a 1.6 i'd say 140 with the right cams and mapping, quite easily.
