Yes. And it's also possible for your body to require it.

i.e. if I have a day of like 6 cups of tea, then don't have any the next day until midday, I have headaches and am really grouchy.

Seriously went a day without coffee or red bull and I had a total weird headache, felt dizzy too, oh dear

I drink loads and loads of fresh coffee but if I have to go without it i don't get headaches or anything else related to addiction.
