Was in the toilet in work before, this guy walks in. Goes to the urinal next to me, whilst having a wee he was picking his nose, and wipes 2 or 3 bogey's on the wall.

I told him to wipe them off with a tissue as it's disgusting, he looked at me as though i'd just told him the worlds about to end, and just walked off.

Is this the norm thing to do whilst having a piss?

I saw an old woman on the bus back home blow her nose on the ticket, then actually stick it to the window as she got up to get off.

Personally I would have wiped it off in the urinal, that way you can clean your hands at the same time
