have wanted to do this for a while, but finally got skins and rusk last week, so had my first bit of sausage loving tonight.

a few pics to comemorate the day:
















pretty inconsistent thicknesses, but not too horrendous for a first bash.
quite chuffed with how they look. will let you know the important bit tomorrow

skins come pre-spooled on plastic tubes, so didn't have to fuck about for ages finding the ends

What's the 'boot' Paul.?

They're blooming (?) at the moment. Suppose to leave them in the fridge 24hrs for the flavour to develope or something.
Shall give them a bash tonight and see how they are. can't wait.
