Very much thinking of getting one of these as a temporary runaround, a 1.6 GTD. Its H reg, dragon green, rather rusty around the doors and bonnet, and 173k

Plenty of tax & MOT though.

Opinions on them?

get another 306 td and get it looking like your last one,did look nice

and that mileage is nothing on a mk2 golf just been run in.

Thats what im doing, getting a shitter, then I can save up and get a black HDI 306

Got a quote, not as cheap as I would of liked, £1222 through my mum, but better than the £1600 I was paying myself

306 will only be £1050

Lose the Jetta front grille trim thing and the VR badge though, oh and put the plate back where it should be

The one i might be getting has 5 doors, rusty steels, rusty doors and bonnet, £150
