do you have one at work and is he/she a fucking cunt? ours has only worked here for a couple of months but he acts as though he's the md. never spoken to a more jumped up patronising little shit bag in my life. i think you need to be of a certain character to do that job, a bit like car park attendants or traffic wardens. the scary thing is he has the power to shut down an entire production line costing us ££££'s because of a trivial little problem that has no effect on the quality of the product at all.
