Hi im andy, went and bought me first car yesterday its a K reg 1993 Corsa SRI in black. Unfortunately not got my test until the 22nd so can't drive it yet but i'm in love with it lol.

500 Quid

105,000 miles
11 months M.O.T
7 months tax
alarm and immobiliser
cavalier alloys

Obviously there are a few bad points, rust spots here and there and part of the bump strip is missing of the rear drivers side quarter panel. But all in all i am very happy for 500 pounds

Have got a few plans to mod it, but we'll have to wait an see about money lol.

yeah it is rather fast though, the tyres on it are very wide though so my dad put it through its paces yesterday and it performed very well and stuck to the road.

it needs a very good clean and wax because of the swirlie marks. Also needs a drivers seat because there is a tear in it.

-edit- my plans consist of

.13 inch borbet t alloys spray painted fluorescent orange with silver lip and stretched tyres

. lower on springs as far as it will go without being a pain, probably 80 mm

. fluorescent orange wing mirrors and bump strips

.stainless steal 4-2-1 manifold and sports cat back-box

then i'll see how that looks and make a decision then lol

ok mate, i thought 13's maybe a bit small. I want to de-badge the boot providing there glued on. Also as the previous owner had smoked lights he has fitted rectangle reflectors on the boot with glue. How can i unset the glue (i have heard hair dryer) but they really p1ss me off lol

i'm a bit low on funds atm because of my test and £1600 insurance lol, but i do plan to spend a bit of money on it.

Also plan to strip the back end of seats, carpets, doorcards etc etc

my dad just took me on a private road and let me have a drive. Oh my days it was fast lol, handled very well too. I am very impressed with the car

surface rust spots have been removed, sanded down, and then oxidised (don't know the proper name) going to get some touch up paint for it wednesday aswell as spraying the bumpers black.
