seeing as everyone complains about call centres, my dad told me a website that gives you alternative numbers for places, all you do is search by the company name or put in the phone number you have and it'll give alternative numbers that don't start with 0870 etc. really quite useful, just go to http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php and search from there. you're all welcome
