Can website restict other people in the world coping or useing the same idea but obviously slightly diferent?
Like a copyright or a patent?

You have copyright over anything you do. I have copyright over this sentence I'm writing right now. You just have to be able to prove that it's your idea that's been stolen which is quite difficult and costs a lot of money.

Proving that you stole my sentence in this case would be easy as it is stored on a database with a time and date stamp. Many I have 0.00001p for the usage of my interlect please...

technically thats not copyright, it's Interlectual Property Rights

but as said is a nightmare to prove in most cases
