i was riding a horse on tuesday and my ankle just gave up, was MEGA Sore.. couldnt really walk, wednesday it hurt like hell as well but i carried on with work, yesterday it didnt hurt at all... but today ive cried like 3 times cause o it, just put a tubi-grip on it, and it dosnt seem like its made any difference..
any tips on how to not make it worse lol...
sorry, quite a pointless post, but it hurts..

keep it elevated (women at work has done it aswell. bin told it could take up to 8 weeks to heal properly).

but yeh keep it elevated, off it as much as possible, flat shoes etc etc

I've sprained my right ankle countless times over the years, its really weak now
All ya can do is keep weight off it, nothing much else ya can do.

i wish i had an office job driving back down to work was fun.. the clutch was either in or out.. Clutch control i dont think so with a knackered ankle..
