Yeah she did the right thing, but after using eBay for ages I found that it goes against you alot if you do it like that. I always waited till I received feedback from a buyer for the goods, then left feeback for the payment. I also stated this was the method I used in my item descriptions.
That way you can reply to them, and talk aboout feedback before its left and cant be changed. Some people are just on eBay for a laugh and bad feedback can fuck things up for you if you sell stuff quite alot.
Not used eBay for 2 years now, not sure if its still the same though

You don't *have* to leave feedback for someone on eBay - it's optional.
