our new call centre has cinema, games room with xbox's and playstations, pool tables, and various chill out areas for the staff to unwind.

makes a better working environment imo

My workplace has dirt, airborne dusts, solvent/s, oil and chemical particles, hazardous smoke sometimes, tripping hazards, no windows, poor lighting, bad heating/ventilation. Oh, and did I mention, dirt.

Oh, and nowhere to sit.
