Its your vascularity, it means you have healthy blood flow, do you work with your hands and arms alot?? I.e. right then left hand shank???

Yep, twice daily ham off sessions, alternating arms to maximise muscle health.

I work in f***ing Morrisons stacking shelves haha (temporary might i add)
