A bloke off vvoc got this result from clay bar, polish and waxing!

Black cars do look very nice when polished, silver cars however cant get the same affect unfortunately! Well you can but you cant really notice it due to the lighter colour of the paint.

Solid colours such as red and black are easy to get a reflection like that in though!
John's fabia pic is more impressive!
colour of the VX looks much better for having a polish though!
I need to start getting mine ready for Donny, so shall wash and wax it this weekend, see what kinda mirror shine I can get!

I 3 staged the Pug over the Easter weekend, except I used my NXT Tech wax instead of the Carnauba stage 3 stuff. The shine is never as obvious on a silver car . Never the less, I was pretty pleased with the result:

Try a decent glaze such as Klearcoate or Chemical Brothers Wet mirror finish and a decent wax such as Collenite the results will be much better than with any megs products.
I used the three stage Megs treatment on my mums ST170 and it looked good but durability was shite. Got some decent cleaning gear and now, and all it needs is a bucket of water thrown over it and its like brand new every time! The last time I collenited her car was 8 months ago thats how durable the wax is.
ALl my megs stuff (Next gen polish, Gold class and three stage system, shit tyre shine etc) is stuffed at the back of the shed where it belongs with the redundant Autoglym shit too.
All I needed to spend was under £30 and I got some awsome prodcuts
Also I now get the sonus clay which you get three times as much clay for a nearly £5 less.
