I would wait for a bank holiday or end of season...

the usual stores MFI/B&Q have massive sales... upto 70% off!

Focus do a takeaway kitchen range. Really cheap and good quality. Make sure you buy when they have 60% off ( happens every 4 weeks!)

Bought mine from focus. Cost me around £800 including fancy sink and taps, coloured end panels for units and worktops. Fitted it with my father in law in a weekend. Not as hard as i thought it would be. Just a case of planning well, buying when prices are good and taking time with fitting. Pleased with mine, and its added minimum of 1k to asking price on valuation for selling. Money well spent i reckon.

Building flat pack units is easy...though time consuming. You can do that yourself!

The actual bunker (worktop) I would leave cutting it to size to someone that knows what their doing.
