Likes been said it will go through their insurance but at the end of the day you can have it sorted where you want. If they get arsey just deal with their ins co & tell them the VBRA states you can get it fixed wherever you want

When they changed my windscreen I caught them thrashing my car up the street, and they had cracked my splitter getting it into their garage!
Utter bastards, and when I confronted them about it they denied everything even driving passed me walking back to collect it!
