Anyone know any decent sites for mintex or ferodo pads other than demon tweeks, also, grooved discs worth the extra dollar?

Some normal motor factors will do the Ferodo stuff, its the DS range that you will want i think which are the performance pads, but might not warm up very quickly on small cars.

And after a fair few experiences, Tarox disks are really good, no warping and stop well, and as im sure you probably know, avoid EBC disks like the plague.

Larkspeed do Tarox disks, not sure if they do Ferodo

Yes EBC pads are fine, its just the Disks that are shocking,

I used to have Green Stuff and Tarox disks on my old Corsa 1.6, never went on track with it, but that set up was always spot on for me on the road.

When the pads need changing on the Volvo ill be going to Ferodo DS's as they have been tried and tested by all the Volvo guys as the best for resisting fade, but without being bad when cold.
