doesnt need to be diesel no. well i even suggested my car, 206 GTi, but he dont really want french. said hed only go for Renault really

Pound for pound you won't find a much better car for the criteria than a Saxo VTS.

Would need to be an early one with high miles, And even at that , a 1.8turbo is gonna be a bit of a dog for that kinda pound.
