Hello people,

Just about to get a nice bonus from work so im considering an exhaust (backbox) for the wagon,

Im thinking a 3.5" inch one, so which make to go for? and where from?

I want it to sound deep rather than high and raspy.

Also other suggestions welcome.

Halfords order exhausts from decent suppliers...magnex is probs the best system!

Quality, easiest of all to fit and not OTT...the 3.5" stainless cat-back is probs one of the best corsa systems!

Oh right, il take that comment back then, didnt realise they ordered in from decent suppliers, thought it was just 'cherry bombs' how much am i looking at then for the 3.5" magnex backbox?

Try Longlife Jez, stainless steel, made to measure and lifetime warranty.

When I was at their branch in Swansea yesterday, a guy came in with a 1.2 Corsa - quoted £159 fitted, with a standard 2" pipe.

I have a 2" on mine, most people on here go for 3", which IIRC is an extra £20.

tbh, go for a ashley full system, prob cheaper than a magnex back box, and they dont even sound that deep. (magnex) Ashley or super sprint

For a backbox off the shelf isnt a bad choice either ive had magnex, sebring and blueflame and couldnt fault any for sound, quality or fitment.

Once the old box was off (hardest bit) they slipped straight on


Got them all from ebay and on here too so they were nice and cheap. Anything stainless isnt really an issue second hand

its a guy off ebay mate, me and a couple of mates have had off him. his website is exhaustsol.com type in corsa exhaust on ebay n he will come up. hes in west mids tho. bit far from you ive got his number but its at work
