Do you have any qualifications for a start? if so, what are they?

Also, what work experience do you have so far?

i'd never go through an agrency through work, personally.

much better job where you are ''safe'' in the sense you won't just get dropped whenever they want to.

Not many jobs are 'safe' these days. Agencys surfing in bottom position tho, they can pay you off without any notice.

Network Engineer.

College and uni qualifications. Applied and got the job. They are putting me through my MCSE which if all goes well should put me on 30k - 40k.

I had this problem too. Coming out of uni with no 'real' experience was hard. After 4 months of searching got offered 4/5 jobs in one week.

I have a safe job, have been here 5 years and will never get made redundant or anything like that. How much do you earn mark.
