Just me then lmao...

Anywho, i just have to talk to my dad to see if hes willing to travel and give then, if im sucessful, seller a ring to see if can get the price down any more just to be really greedy to see what they'll accept and ask them about what mot and tax is left on it and if there is anything majorly wrong.

What should i look out for on it IF i go and view with regards to the engine..??

Cheers for the advice anyway.

I've heard of the peanut butter thing. Never tried it, is what I meant.

No idea on the engine. Obviously try and find out if the timing belt has been replaced. Then obvious things like low oil, dodgey water, smoke on start up and full throttle. Expect a bit because it's a diesel.

I don't know anything with regard to the specific engine.

Yeah check obvious engine bits like mayo in the coolant bottle etc ad blue smoke from the exhaust.

For the chassis check the general condition and try check the chassis rails for rust and take it for a test drive

I used peanut butter on my B, and yeah it worked, the chunky stuff is better yoo as it gets in the pimples better!!

and as for the engine, Id have had a 1.5 in my corsa if i had to have one again, better than any of the petrol ones on juice, more reliable, and as you said its your first car, you dont need speed yet

Happy days, im glad somebody has heard of the peanut butter other than me, i was beginning to think it was just something i had made up tbh lol.

If only that black wasn't sold, it was almost perfect, but i will survive and keep on hunting.

BTW on the peanut butter butter did it last long and also was it any better than any other product on the market??
