My friend has gone from an XE to a GTI180. He loves it.

He let me drive it the other week, handles really well, quick, and responds well in at any RPM.

100MPH down the motorway returned (on the dash) 30MPG.

I'd have one.

id go for a 172/182 over one to be honest mate...can get a ph1 172 for cheap...they are very enthiast i find...and is named "phase quik" as in the fastest ones...can get them upto 200bhp pretty easily aswell??!! cheap though looking at £3000ish..sure Fear wud help in that department i agree with not wasted money on the corsa tbh...felt the same about mine but still might go for a conversion on it...as by time i say its not worth anythin as it is or with a c20xe in it...can just buy a runaround for everything else and use the corsa on the weekends and that

also...laking sills on early ones...both passenger side and drivers with puddles under them...the brakes lights ive seen get stuck on for miles and miles on 206,307's so pretty dangerous there...think its too much cash for what it is...wont hold its value either...get a good 172/182 £3/4k IMO...
