Anyone else feel very lethargic (sp?) after they have been sat on a chair all day in the office? My legs just feel like they cant be arsed when I get home from work. And when I sit on a chair at home or on my bed they feel loads better.
Anyone know why?

Yes, it's called getting lazy through doing fuck all! (technical term )
I hate working in an office, I am soo lazy, and piled weight on over the past 3-4 years.
I don't have time to go to the gym , so the sooner I get moved to the warehouse the better. Also my eyes are fucked form staring at a screen all day.

I used to get this. I found drinking more water through the day, eating properly and then exercising so I was actually tired when I went to bed really helped!

I tend to get round this by not giving a fuck during the week or substituting energy with beer.

For some reason I feel more tired when doing a stupid shitty office job than I do when I'm repping. When repping I go skiing at about 10am until 5pm, I then go to a meeting and do duties until about 8pm, I then hit the bar and club until 4 or 5am and do it all again the next day. Sure after about 4 weeks I am ready to die, but when doing an office job after about 4 weeks I am ready to kill myself. Not sure what's worse.

Haha, I start out enjoying it, but for some reason it doesn't work out. Haven't found the right one yet. But my new job sounds like I'll get on well.....
