I've got 1 to 1 meetings with my two colleagues this week.

These meetings are designed to be informal discussions about how well they think things are working in the team etc. Its also an oppertunity for them to air any problems they may have.

I'm a bit stuck for questions to ask...

Any ideas?

Are you above them and are questioning to get answers for there benefit, OR Are they above you and they are wanting to know how YOU fell the team is working?
