Tom Yum Seafood Soup or Seafood Gumbo are probably my two favourite things closely followed by a good Fillet Steak and Monkfish

Monk fish is one of the nicest fish ever

Had this few times at Teppanyaki place in town

was in a seafood joint in spain a few years back and i'd just had monkfish kebabs. as we were leaving i spotted one in the glass display thing at the entrance and said urrggghhh what is that! waiter told me its what i'd just eaten! was pretty funny.....maybe you had to be there.

Our local Indian has just started doing Monkfish Vindaloo which is so nice I could eat it every night, although I dont think my hoop would thank me for it
