i would think so, remember Ford part owns Mazda so theres a chance they actually are EXACTLEY the same, apart from the grille design and badges.

Yes. Ford's don't have bump strips on the bumpers (they do on the doors though, however slightly different).
How do I know? The missus has a MK4 Fiesta 
P.S. Rear lights are no different.

yeh they r exactly the same, i had 1, the mazda always had power steering, the fords sometimes dont.
