Anyone doing this or tried it? Im thinking it could end up being cheaper for us in the long run, just wondering what people might be paying on here and what sort of driving they do

I looked into this at one point.

For older drivers (over 25 or something like that) their peak times were 7am till 8pm.

For younger drivers (17 to 25) their peak time was 8pm till 7am.

It would suite be hugely, because I use my car for Uni, between the hours of 7am and 8pm, so I'd be driving on cheaper rates.

This was with Norwich Union iirc. You can't lose out though, because if your yearly PAYG expenditure is MORE than a standard 12 month policy, they will refund the difference, and put you on a 12 month.

norwich union said mine for year would be 2400 based on 7000miles a year and the same quote but not payg was 1600
