Just a big power tool. Nice idea but its no greener as such - you've still got to compress the air somehow. I suppose the emissions are kept out of the city though. I'd have one.

it has a petrol motor to warm the air, but there are no emissions?
and as said, compressors aren't exactly all that efficient are they?

Perhaps on a bigger scale they are. Just feel sorry for the guy who lives next to the filling station who has to listen to a compressor pump all day. I'm sure pumping petrol is quieter!

nothing is pollution free huh!!

seems like a good idea and providing performace can match petrol/diesel it should sell no reason why a London Cab cant use this and a 3min fill up time is nothing would be ideal!

wow, i was thinking of this the other day!..
is it 2 stroke or 4?
could use the explelled air to run a (turbo style) compressor to refill the tank too!!
