If you can stretch to the M roadster its worth every penny, so much nice to drive every day than a s2K and faster; aswell as a lot cheaper to insure. 321BHP for circa £10K you cant go wrong. If not i have herd good things about the 3.0, but i wouldnt go any smaller.

Completely disagree, the Z M3 for example is one fine drivers car!
Think an S2000 is a nice car but I would own the Zm3 for the same money and have more fun in it.
I'd love a ZM Coupe

Yeah but the one hes asking about is the 3L, i dont think they would be very fun or fast, also looks dated & would probably be hassle to sell on (mate had to take a big loss to shift his) not a car id have.
ZM coupe would probably be nice but again id be looking at other things at that sort of price.

dont let the BMW figures of 230bhp fool you, they rarely make 200bhp in reality and even then they arent quick. I would go as far as saying I would prefer a MGTF 160 over a Z3
