Spent 2 weeks just relaxing in South West coast of India, did jack shit for 2 weeks

Spent a grand total of £80 in the two weeks too

its still expensive for cars (in comparison to average wages etc)... house prices are soaring too...

You can rent a room for about £5 a night though not a great room, but somewhere to kip
