A have removed the plastic bumbstrip trim that is on the side of the car but now im left with horrible sticky foam stuff,

Any ideas how to remove this??

white spirit and a credit card/spoge with rouh surface

And a load of T-cut and elbow grease. Need to rub fookin hard!

I use a thing called an Eraser wheel/caramel wheel. Not sure where you can buy them, we have them at work, put it in a drill and use it on the clue, takes it off really easy.
