Was parked in a McDonalds today, came back to my car to a rain soaked parking ticket that I can barely read.
Th eticket is from combined parking solutions and i've to pay £60 within 14 days or it goes up after that.
From what I can see these are just cowboy outfits but they seem to be able to get address details from the DVLA.
How does this work and has anybody had experience with these before?

where you parked in disabled space as a lot of places are now giving tickets for parking in them (asda) ect they could be employed by mds to do this if so its legal

One of the top links on google was pepipoo but there wasn't a final outcome although they all seemed to be saying it was just a cowboy outfit with kiddie on lawyers letters.
