How a turbo works
i.e how it spools up etc, comes on boost, what happens when it comes on boost, different (boost pressures) not sure on term but like when ppl say its running 1.5 bar of boost or 2.0 bar etc.
Ive gained a lot of info on the c20xe in the past couple of months and now its time to learn about the LET
So explain all there is to know about these engines

Turbo works by an imprellor wheel being spinned by fast moving exhaust gasses. This is attached by a shaft (which either floats on high pressure oil or is incased in ball bearings) to a compressor which compresses air into inlet side of the engine, you can therefore fit more air atoms into the cylinder which means that you can fit more fuel into the engine too resulting in more power providing you can burn all that fuel.
Think of it this way, 1 bar is atmospheric pressure at sea level, so at 2 bar of boost you are putting twice the ammount of air into the engine so you can theoreticly burn twice the ammount of fuel per stroke.

How a turbo works.

Can run more airflow with raised boost. More air + more fuel = more power.

Ok so thats the technical terms explained
But what about driving experiances, when a turbo comes on boost like after its spooled up what happens does the car just like pull much harder

That depends on the turbo, the number of turbos, and the engine setup. Or if it even has a supercharger too.
For your average 20LET or whatever the power will gradually come in as the engine reaches full boost as it works it's way up the rev range. The boost doesn't just suddenly fly in from no where.
