and a lot is technique rather that outright strength, the one handed thing, hes actually flicking between leaning on his elbow and back onto his hand, rather then actually pushing himself up and down like a one handed push up

saying that its bloody awesome and it would be comical to see me try and do it

Its a mixture of both, if you watch that big black guy break dancing, he does a lot of work that requires immense strength such as pressups which his feet off the floor and his body perpendicular to the floor.
