Technically landing is very different to taking off, as the wheels are 'driven' in the fact that they brake. But if that wasnt the case, then aslong as the reverse thrust was strong enough and the conveyor belt was long enough then it would stop

You could land on the moving runway without the use of brakes if you had a jet with reverse thrust or a variable pitch prop.

Imagine if you werent...tap a little hard and go flying off the end of the conveyor.

BUT technically if the conveyor moves at the same speed as the plane as you brake the conveyor should slow down and you should come to a stop still....hmmmmm
