it may be one of those special remaps though. I had a car in today that had a rempa, petrol 20v engine that makes 148 as standard, apparently had a sooper dooper remap and was making 180+ bhp!


it struggled to make 130 bhp

i assume not, as the vag 1.8t would be closer the 200 bhp mark if it had a remap
