At the moment no, I never got the whole me and a helmet in the car thing sorted out.

However if this bug keeps going I could be 8 stone by then and problem solved (so fingers crossed...i think!)

i thought i had food posioning, did fuck all about it, i did have food posioing and it fucked my immune system, a disease set in, 3 months later ive been in hospital three times and am now missing a bit of my intestines, i would go to the doctor if you havnet been
