im gettin back problems at the moment and i can only put it down to my chair at work, im at my desk from 8-5:30 from mon-fri and my back is starting to kill me. am i within my rights to request a new chair?

You should be having a risk assessment every so often. U need lumber support etc.

you first need a risk assessment, and they will probably ask for a note from the chiropractor to say that you need a new chair..

im currently going through tthe same thing but along with the bottom of my spine hurting, my chest also pops.
