If the puntch bag is a pussy one full with old clothes then yes. If it's a manly one full with sand then no.

for a punchbag which i'd imagine youll give alot of stick, youll need a few good bolts and bracket going into the wall

get some 10mm coach bolts in the wall mate. if the bracket spans enough bricks it shouldn't cause any damage to the wall. so long as the wall isn't already fubar'd.

No more nails will mean that you will have the bag on your foot/face after about 30 seconds

I remember my dads mate but bunk beds up in a caravan with a cheaper version of no more nails the bed was the same size as the room apart from a walkway down the side so was attatched to 3 sides with no more nails and nothing else and was happy to let his kids use, it never fell down while he had it, but he sold the caravan on not long after, so never knew if it did, hope no one was underneath if it did.

fuck off with your sand
thats how i shattered my knuckles
my brother in law didnt tell me it was full of sand, he'd only just got the thing
And as for fixing it, we hung it from the joists in the loft, down through the loft hatch
was magic
