They got 2 dead bodies, froze them, surrounded them by foam and then sliced them into thin slices so you could see everything inside them
was sick. the thought of a person being sliced like that. see bit of the brain, heart etc.

They done the same in all the other Gunter programs, just combining it with healthy eating this time, obviously appealing to a wider audience.

thing with all these things is they just state the obvious.
I want to release a online blog or something telling the true reason the world is getting fatter. It's not because we're eating too much junk food imo.
It's mainly due to the fact that people don't know what's 'good' not what's 'bad'.
Everyone knows a Mcd's is bad for you, or a pizza, or chocolate etc.
What people don't know is how bad certain 'good things are'.
For example someone will have a subway and think that's good, or a wrap from marks and spencers and think they've gone for the healthy option.
If you read the label of these things they're loaded full of crap and cals.
Same across the board with so much stuff. People don't realise how bad certain normal or 'good' things are, for example 'be good to yourself' or 'go ahead' ranges etc.
The result is, they try to balance their bad lifestyle (The kfc / pizza etc they have on the odd day) with the 'good' things in their head like going for a subway, or a wrap instead of a burger, or even having fruit and white bread, with something fatty like cheese. So you have high intake of carbs with high fat.
Etc etc.

Apparently the reason people are fat is because of the portions, not because of the fat content.
On one of the shows last week, they asked some kids to pour a bowl of cereal, the smallest one poured was just over 60g, but the recommended size for a bowl is 30g, people just eat more than they should do.
I agree about the 'good' things not being so good though, that was proven in the same show. Tesco VALUE! sausages were better for you than the healthy living ones

Thing is, I have a cereal bowl which if you fill with cereal you can then fit in a pint of milk on top (just to give you an idea of the size). I typically have a bowl of Coco Pops, then a bowl or two of Frosties/Cornflakes. Now Im certain thats more than 30g, but if I had any less than that IU would be eating again before dinner time, in fact I sometimes do??
I dont really do any exercise either so maybe its just my metabolical rate being a 19yr old??
