i don't understand why not to use the 1.6 ?

ok ok N/A is far better for track use... but if a 190 bhp Corsa VXR does whatever 0-60 etc...

then a 150 bhp Corsa VXR similar weight will be a bit of a slouch.

Unless they strip loads of weight off the Corsa VXR while they are there.

now a 180 bhp N/A engine and stripped out car would be ace in it

you have a point, why would someone buy a 'track day car' to only be beaten by a standard VXR

Get some red bits of detailing and you're laughing.

I think not only does that GM one look mint, but it'd drive pretty well too.

If any manufacture had the guts to do this i reckon they would be suprised at the sucsess. Not like leaving bits off requires a load of R&D is it.

JR it could be kind of like what J18 is like if vaux made it from new

As I said in the other post, I would have one over a VXR, come as a full track ready car. rollcage, 6pots, eibach suspension.....

and they are lighter.

I just dont like the way they drive. Fair enough I'm used to the 140bhp version but there just not very revvy or inspiring to drive..

I agree with that, its not a great engine at all imo.

I didnt like it much, half cage, cut off switch, fancy rally steering wheel, not much to it.

Nice car but I can't help but think the lights and front grill are out of proportion ti the rest of the car.
