i cant seem to make the decision whether to go for the 2.5 or the 3.0 v6 engine into my corsa gsi? is there much difference in weight? will the 2.5 be roughly the same power with 3.0 cams? please could somebody help? many thanks.

I think you would be better with a reptop or a let. IMO the v6 is a silly idea, up to you though it is your car!

cheers mate. just wondering if the 2.5 will be as quick as the 3.0 with 3.0 cams, exhst syst and induction kit?

Might as well go for the 3.0! What 2.5 would it be? The 3.0 has 200bhp, the 2.5 won't make that power with the cams Exhaust and induction kit.

well there is a 2.5 corsa on here with them mods and made 207bhp. but will be the 3.0 v6 be heavier than the 2.5. the 2.5 is out of a cav or calibre

c20lets 202bhp standard, lighter and more tunable, plus leaves room to work in the bay kind of

there's supprising alot of room at the side's of v6's, due to being only 3 piston's wide, just not front and back

also, a v6, with f20, doesn't weight that[i/] much more than a let, with f28, turbo, cooler etc etc
