This but I'm stuck on - I make it 10 open - the set of perfect squares in the problem.

Not sure what other 21 numbers have an odd number of factors?

If any?

Where did you get that?

The 1000 locker problem is not as elegant as 1000 itself is not a perfect square. Closest ones are 961 and 1024.

Locker 1000 is closed.
