starlets are a good bargain. If i had around 5k to spend on a car I would look out for a racing puma. Not very common in racing trim and look gorgeous  If you could stretch a tad further have you thought about a Astra G sri turbo?

5k yeah I'd be buying an Ibiza Cupra all day long really lol..
But if you want a small engined car, dont pay 5k, thats all I'd say. Not really worth it lol.
Clio 1.6 16v and make it look like a 172?
Ibiza PD130 tdi thing and remap it to about 180BHP?
Saxo VTS/106 GTI
