Need to return my phone to them as it is in need of repair , but the woman on the phone was fucking useless and I couldnt make out wtf she was saying. Does anyone have the returns address for them ?

not sure  they just said someone will come and deliver your new phone and take the old one away. Mine was faulty though

They will only swap it if its under 28 days old or you are making an insurance claim, otherwise you will have to take it to your local store and they will send it away for repair.

I had this done aswell!, just told bloke that phone kept freezing etc! (made it out to be worse than what it was) but he suggested a direct replacement so all was good!
Do you have insurance with the phone? and are you on contract? may make a difference.
