sorry to say this butler, but he deserves what ever the judge throws at him, if he gets off lightly then i hope he learns that the judge must have had a damn good shag the night before.

I know that mate and don't mind peoples opinion, I know it was wrong too. Just wanted to know roughly cos he was crapping himself yesterday.

16 month ban, 12 month with a rehabilitation course and £200 fine was the outcome.

I can't believe people are still willing to risk their sodding licenses and people's lives with SUCH a high profile for drink driving on tv and the like? Why? Nothing a walk cannot sort no matter how cold you are!!!

Also when his ban is over, tell him he can look forward to massive insurance hike for years to come. Many don't favour drink driving codes on a licence or banned licence

The courts are more lienint than I thought, I guy local, who was on provisional, he went out in his car, about 6 times over the limit, smashed the car, blocking a main road. Bear on mind, provisonal, so no co driver etc. Im sure he got done for bald tyres too

He was up in court today, 2 year ban, 50hrs community service. No fine.

LOL, He's a dickhead and if he had hit any of my family, i personally would have made sure he wouldnt do it again, Just had to say that cos he doesnt seem like a bad person, Just needs to be told and learn a lesson.

Well, this is Scotland so it may differ for you clowns but i know a girl who knocked a guy down while DD, she got 6 months and a £600 fine because it was her first offence! Bollocks to the justice system.
