Is it worth paying 2 grand for insurance?, thats nearly the value of the car I bet. I thought I was mad for paying £1500 on a Fiesta Si 1.6 16v many years ago, was something like £130 a month, wouldnt do it ever again

I paid 1800 for insurance once but I was 19 & the car was worth 12k.

bet you wouldnt do it again, I know I wouldnt I remember at the time I thought it was great having a 1.6 at 18, wouldnt pay over a grand for insurance now unless it was something truely special

No chance, I can put that once down to being young & stupid!! £500 tops now for insurance, unless its something very special!!

I was paying a shit load in finance aswell, iirc the car was £230 over 4yrs, £60 of that was interest. Nugget!!
