I've recently gone from being self employed to full time employed at the same company after 3 years...
Just been looking through all the forms and stuff relating to PAYE and tax and all that jazz...
I'm entitled to some car money and passenger allowence etc but is that me who claims from HMRC or the company does it for me?...
If it is me, when do I need to claim, eg, monthly, yearly... and what forms etc.
Also who do I ring to inform them I'm no longer self employed?...

depends what kind of company your working for mate, if its a good company they will do all that crap for you, but if your working for pikey tarmacers or something they will make you fart about yourself!

It's a small company, was pretty much fuck all till we got the team together, now it's quite a busy outfit...
They're normally quite good at stuff like this, but thought I'd ask who's responsibility it was... need to get the tax down as low as pos, and ofsetting travel seems like a pretty good way at doing it because I use my car quite alot... and as you can images, a Merc C180K isn't cheap to run!
