I cant see any other way of fuel getting into my sump.

But if there is then im open to suggestions

no point in just getting another engine as it may have the same problems or worse. Jenkos got the right idea by working on that one

Case of leaky gaskets? That's what happened on my old bike engine. I only found out when it was un-repairable though
